Email list

When you join the Crow Peak Photography email list, we store your email address, the page where you subscribed, the consent language shown to you, and the date of consent. We use that information only to send occasional messages about new photography, art shows, books, and print releases.

Your choice

You can withdraw consent at any time. Every marketing email will provide an unsubscribe method. You may also email hello@crowpeakphotography.com and ask to be removed.

Orders and payments

Payments and checkout information are handled by Square under its own privacy terms. Crow Peak Photography uses the order information made available by Square and the production partner only to produce, deliver, support, or reprint your order.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell the email list. Information may be processed by service providers used to host the site, send email, process payment, and fulfill orders. We retain subscriber records while a subscription is active and retain the minimum suppression record needed to respect an unsubscribe request.
